How we started

Blenheim Place was established in 2014 through the renovation of a residential asset, where early ownership revealed opportunities to create value through design, execution, and operational discipline.

That foundation quickly became a repeatable model -- scaling into multifamily, repositioning underutilized assets, and driving long-term performance.

As project size and complexity increased

We expanded through disciplined renovation and adaptive reuse across multifamily assets. This phase refined our approach to execution -- strengthening operational oversight, standardizing design decisions, and implementing stabilization strategies to maximize long-term performance.

Intentional sub-market strategy

Through this experience, we developed a clear conviction around where we operate best.

Our strategy centers on select neighborhoods across Chicago’s West and Near West communities where strong renter demand, proximity to downtown, and inefficient housing supply create consistent opportunities for value-driven redevelopment.
