Laflin Street is a penthouse 1 bed, 1 bath residence with strong natural light and favorable positioning within the building. While the layout remained functional, the interior finishes were dated.

We focused on high-impact updates — modernizing the bathroom, upgrading the kitchen with new appliances, and refreshing wall finishes to brighten the space. The scope was intentionally selective, improving presentation and livability without altering the existing footprint.
