Van Buren was a targeted repositioning opportunity — strong fundamentals, but dated early-2000s finishes and a layout element that constrained flow. Heavy wood tones and an oversized built-in cabinet compressed the living area and limited perceived value.

We executed a strategic modernization: a redesigned minimalist kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, wide-plank flooring for visual continuity, marble bathroom upgrades, and a brightened interior palette throughout. Removing the built-in media cabinet was the key move — restoring openness and materially improving spatial flow without expanding the footprint.
